Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders swiftly, so any changes or cancellations need to be requested within 12 hours of ordering. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests after this time period. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it is received.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Processing times may be longer during holiday periods and sales. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Typically, orders are processed within 1-5 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
